“Dream” Series 2024

“Originally rooted in my preschool drawings, the Dream Series began as an exploration of the dream-like textures in my earliest works, reimagined through a new artistic language. As I progressed, I started creating original chair drawings, and this series marks my first serious engagement with color, a burst of energy in spring 2024.

I can’t interpret these pieces, but I believe they express my innate impulses and desires, which only come to life when I pick up oil pastels. Looking back, I realize I've always been drawn to my deepest, unspoken fascinations—a seemingly surrealist world more real than reality itself, my Garden of Eden contained within the dimensions of 7” x 10”.
